Alex Jones is a certified Spiritual Director and a graduate of Tyndale University with a Bachelor of Religious Education. He has practiced meditation for more than forty years and has taught meditation for thirty years. His books include the bestselling Seven Mansions of Color and his newest book is Meditation Where East and West Meet. Alex has touched the lives of thousands through his books, music and workshops. He was the first to offer relaxation music in Canada. Many say that his gentle approach in his workshops and counseling makes it easy for them to feel safe and open to their highest potential.

The practice of specific healing Meditation techniques can help us to effectively leave behind the burdens of our past and rise above the fluctuations in our consciousness. We can then more easily move forward on our individual path of SPIRITUAL TRANSFORMATION. As a special focus, we will use learn healing techniques to assist with REMOTE HEALING.
